Tron Hat

Posted by Laura 23/11/2016 0 Comment(s) Sewing,Embroidery,

My boyfriend asked for a hat to wear when they go to a cottage with the guys on the weekend. The only instructions I got were something Tron-related and that it keeps him warm.

Here's a tron hat I made. I shot a video of making it with my GoPro attached to my head, but the direction was all wrong, so I'm sorry for that! The hat was made with the earflap pattern from Purl Soho *link* and it's a free pattern you can find at the bottom line of the "Materials"-section. It's a PDF that you just have to print out, cut and tape together. This is one of the easiest hats to make, ever!

Here are a few pictures of me with the hat and the hat by itself. I found the picture for the embroidery on Pinterest *link* and had to trim it down a little, because the embroidery was so small, only 10 cm wide. I designed the embroidery using DRAWings 6 PRO and embroidered it using my Brother PR620 machine.

Thank you for coming by! Hope this was helpful :)
