This is something that everyone who has a camera has tried, I think! Taking pictures of water drops is something I tried in KyAMK photography classes and want to try more and more. This time I had the worst setup ever, so I need to try it again.. With this technique, it's all about timing and good luck. |
Canon 5D Mark II

To take the pictures I filled my kitchen sink with water, pointed a flash towards the water and used a pipet to make water drops. The camera was on a stand. I made it way too difficult on myself, so I need to do a remake, as I said. I had the worst time trying to get the focus right, and that's why I had the high F-number. Taking these kinds of shots takes patience AND you need to do most of the magic in Photoshop ;) Also, my camera almost ran out of batteries in the process. Yay! Well, here are the pictures: |
